What i really like is that you can reverse the filter and clean it out allowing it to last quite a while. I very much recommend this item. It has saved me a lot of scrubbing.

(More customer reviews)This product is good idea but an engineering failure. The detachable insert will not stay in its bay. The slightest touch on the hose knocks it out of the main shower head. I see that the price has been substantially reduced. I paid over $80.00 and am trying to return it but the vendor (not ebay) wants to charge me a restock fee and wants it returned in its original packaging ready for resale. That's impossible as the original packaging cannot be opened without being destroyed.

Too bad because the look is great but the parts just don't match up fore quality.

I have a hand-held shower head and the tubing is bent by that top shelf. Not enough to stop water flow, but a neusance none-the-less.

Important note: before buying be sure to find out if you have a 'posi-temp' or 'Moentrol' valve if the valve in the wall already exists (you cannot swap handles between these two valve types). The finish is standard/nice though the polished brass back-plates are cheap plastic. On the upside Moen without question earns TOP STARS for phone support and customer service.

(More customer reviews)My wife wanted a handheld shower. I wanted a rainshower head. We ordered this one as a compromise...turns out it wasn't a compromise at all, we both love it. The water pressure is perfect - not too wimpy and not too strong, it is just right actually. The 6" head is a great size as well, nice coverage. Also looks modern and beautiful, which is a nice bonus.

The water vapor that mists up your mirror is the same that you breathe, and it contains the chlorine in the water. If this doesn't bother you, look up the effects of inhaling chlorine gas.
I should have gotten this filter a lot sooner. In just three days my hair is already softer, my skin less dry and my bathroom no longer smells like a hot tub when I take a shower. It is quite inexpensive for its benefits - most people don't drink tap water without a filter, don't inhale it either!

It definitely cut down on water usage (we could tell because we stopped running out of hot water) and I really like having the quick on/off feature for shaving, etc. However the water pressure was not great. It was not terrible, but I sent this model back because I found a comparable Niagara shower head for the same price and same flow rate that had much better pressure.

(More customer reviews)I bought this showerhead for my mom for mother's day and it would have been awesome but we were never able to use it. The problem I encountered was the pipe coming out of the wall that the head connects to does not come out far enough for the S arm to clear the wall, so we were never able to put the showerhead up. After many attempts and trips to Home Depot to find something to extend the pipe so the shower head could fit I could not find anything that worked. So, just beware. The most annoying part about this, was the only thing that the company needed to do was make the bolt on the S arm that connects to the pipe turn instead of it being stationary.
