(More customer reviews)Returning this item after owning for 3 months. Loved the varied spray settings, the nice 6' no-kink metal hose and the sturdy handheld unit. Unfortunately, the included shower arm bracket does not grip the nozzle in a way that can be described as anything but loosely. Even in it's full upright position the nozzle slips out of the bracket. In addition to this, after being used for a couple of months, the arm bracket will no longer stay in a horizontal position, no matter how tightly the mounting has been screwed onto the wall (yes, I even used a pipe wrench with a rag as cushioning on this). Because of this, any tap on the hose by an arm trying to get close enough to wash the shampoo out of your eyes, or even the water pressure change from turning it on or off will throw the shower head on the floor (I actually caught this with the back of my head when turning on the water one day - OW!). Enjoying a shower hands-free with this unit is impossible. Save your money and try another brand.
