I read that I could expect the cartridge to block up with in days if I lived in an area with hard water and they were right. I figured that I could take the cartridge out and use it as a regular shower head, but it leaks terribly without the cartridge in place. I now shower under a pathetic dribble and am considering punching holes through the cartridge so that I can still use it.

(More customer reviews)I liked the fact that everything needed to add a shower to a clawfoot tub was included. The faucet and shower head look great and the faucet meets code. My plumber had no problem with the installation, other than that the piece that connects to the wall was too short, so he had to use an old piece of pipe.
The shower curtain looks good but is not as heavy as I expected and tends to get pulled inwards while showering. Maybe magnets on the bottom would help? Also, the metal surround/rail feels flimsy; the plumber said the connections allow the rail to flex. I wouldn't hang anything, e.g., towels, from the rail.
The company was great to work with, but I suggest customers buy their own shower curtains and maybe look around for a shower kit that has a little heavier/better designed surround. Although, based on pricing I've seen online, this product offers good value at a reasonable price.

(More customer reviews)This showerhead is cheap yet it outperforms the original unit in my apartment which was just pitiful. For the price it performs OK producing a fairly satisfying stream but it also is pretty noisy. I don't use the "massage" setting but whatever mechanism they have in there must be responsible for the noise even when set to the normal mode. I'll probably replace it with something else if I ever find myself in a hardware or home improvement store but for now it does the job.

There was no visible damage to the shipping box, or the product packaging, so it must have been packed that way, which doesn't say much for quality control. But I figured since it was for master bedroom shower, nobody's gonna see it but me and the wife, so I didn't bother with returning.

You can adjust the volume of water that flows through the head, or completely shut it off at the head while you soap up, without having to readjust your water settings. And, it will last a looooong time because its made in the USA instead of China like almost ALL of the others. I highly recommend it.

(More customer reviews)I bought two sets of these to do a bathroom job that had some very hard marble tile walls. I tried using my standard four wing bits but they burned out on the first stage of this job. (I didn't cool them enough) I did complete the job with these, but I don't think they were that much better, plus they certainly walked more before I got a hold started. These cut best when they were dry, so every time I sprayed water to cool them down they stopped cutting until the water evaporated...then I had a few seconds of cutting action before I had to cool them again. I think I'll continue using my 4 winged cutters in the future.

(More customer reviews)A nice replacement for the plain, stainless version I had. The only problem I had was a small cosmetic issue, that probably wouldn't bother most people. The "H" and "C" stamped into the metal bezel were kind of poorly done, with an uneven depth. To me, it gave it a bit of a 'cheap' look to it, which was at odds with the rest of the quality. A small thing.
