(More customer reviews)I really love this shower head. I bought this to upgrade an old, cheap, handheld shower that had sprung a leak in the tube. Our (large, hairy) dog has allergies and needs to be bathed twice a week, so we needed a handheld shower with good pressure and a long tube to make the dog washing easier. This shower head definitely fills the bill and then some. The massage feature is wonderful, the rain shower is pleasant, and I love that everything is fully adjustable. You can choose whether to have both heads going (and three options per head for flow type) or one at a time. I installed it myself in about ten minutes and had no problems. However, and this is why I gave it 4 stars, after a few minutes the suction cup (that secures the base of the unit to the wall) came loose. We have shiny, plain tile in the bath, and I would have expected the suction cup to stick. However, I reinstalled it with the optional adhesive and found that worked for several days until it came loose. Having fixed it once more, it seems secure. I may update this review if there are any further issues.
