(More customer reviews)Very good for the money. I thought it would be metal but its plastic chrome that looks like metal. No real problem I guess. The way it works is by spinning a turbine inside that breaks the water up and make it feel like more is hitting you than really is. I bought two for the house and the only thing is it makes the water feel a bit cooler. My normal setting on the shower is full hot due to the fact I turned down my water heater a year ago to save money. When I go full hot now it feels a bit cooler. Perhaps it is the turbine mixing the water with air or it most likely is the fact my old shower head was a 2.5 gpm and now less water is hitting me with the new 1.5 gpm head.. I don't know. Either way I would recommend this shower head for the price and the water savings it provides. I got teenager that likes to take overly long showers and this is a nice way to fight back against the water waster. I do like the way the water feels when it comes out. Hard but not stinging. If your still undecided just buy one to test and if you like buy more for your other bathrooms. For the price you cant beat it.
