(More customer reviews)This shower head is probably the cheapest piece of junk I've ever spent $40.00 on! The connections are all plastic, the washers don't do much of a job in the first place. They have a special "lock nut" which is also plastic to hold the diverter in place. We couldn't even get the slide bar installed due to the fact that we couldn't stop the main shower head from leaking in the first place! Absolutely cheap outsourced materials and horrible instructions. For those who actually get one of these installed without one thing leaking or breaking, please share your installation process in detail.
