(More customer reviews)This item is exactly as advertised- It is a FAUCET TRIM KIT. I already bought a Price Phister complete shower faucet set and the mixer has been installed. Now (several years later) I am finally finishing the bathroom. The decor has changed to Oiled Bronze and I was faced with buying a complete new faucet set (for $180). Instead, I bought the trim kit and am saving $100. Next time folks read the LARGE print and don't think you can buy a $180 complete faucet for $65. Amazing, 5 of you did exactly the same thing!!

Didn't realize the rough in valve was included, so I ended up with two. The one included doesn't have stop screws. This set, unlike those on other sites with the different model number, is still constructed of mostly metal.

(More customer reviews)We've had one of these water softeners at our house for 10 years. We've recommended them to family and friends, and installed them in other peoples' houses, and everyone has been amazed that they not only work, but work SO WELL!
We bought one for our son for his brand-new house, which had very hard water, and iron pipes. When the water-softener salesman came around the neighborhood and tested everyone's water (planning on big sales), he couldn't figure out why the results were so bizarre at this house. He was finally clued in, and said maybe he should start selling Clear Wave softeners!
Things we noticed right away: a significant reduction in the amount of detergent we used for launday; showerheads didn't get clogged as fast; water-spotting on tiles was easier to clean off; skin was less irritated.
"Installing" this unit consists of wrapping wire around the pipe that comes into the house, and plugging it into an electrical outlet. Ours has been chugging along for 10 years with no issues. It doesn't make any noise, it doesn't need to be "fed" or fixed. It just quietly does what it was designed to do 24/7. No chemicals or salts have to be added to the water, and this unit costs about as much as a light bulb to operate.
I was delighted to find this on Amazon, because I want to buy another one for someone who just moved into a home with old pipes and hard water. I KNOW it will help!

The listing did not mention that the set comes with both a wall mounted hose fitting and a fitting to mount on an existing shower head. Do not buy the wall mount fixture. It is in the kit. We purchased the personal shower kit along with a number of Danze fixtures for our new bathroom. One of the items was purchased locally. It turned out to be a discontinued item, and did not exactly match the new units. The Danze tech services people were extremely helpful. They sent new parts to make the set a perfect match, and at no cost.

However, the kit that I received included only one 1.0 gpm bathroom faucet aerator, when it is advertised as having two. Also, the small plastic drip gauge was crushed/broken (even though the packaging was in good condition), making it useless.
I couldn't figure out how to contact New Resources Group directly through Amazon, so I contacted Amazon Customer Service to see about getting a replacement drip gauge and second faucet aerator, but was told that "because New Resources Group's inventory is constantly changing, we can't replace items sold by them that are Fulfilled by Amazon." The only way I could get a new aerator and drip gauge was if I exchanged the ENTIRE kit... not possible, as most of the other included items were in use (such as the toilet tank bag).
If you order this kit and see that it's missing items, be aware that you may have to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get everything you paid for!
EDIT: I was surprised to find a package in the mail the other day from New Resources Group containing a new faucet aerator and replacement drip gauge, along with a few other goodies. Since my kit is now "complete," I have changed my star rating to a more favorable one.

(More customer reviews)This showerhead is well made, looks nice, and has a nice spray pattern.
The problem with this shower head is that while it has a nice even spray pattern, the water flow is not great. It's too weak to provide an enjoyable shower. Also I couldn't figure out how to remove the flow restrictor, but even comparing to other showers with flow restrictor on it wasn't the best.
If you want a nice showerhead with a wide spray pattern, the Kohler Purist Katalyst is better than this shower head on all counts.

We live in the North and found ourselves cold because the spray didn't cover but a small area and we had to turn frequently to stay warm when showering. Might be excellent for a warmer climate or for someone that wants a very focused shower pattern. I liked the ability to clear lime buildup by pressing on the jets; very effective!
