(More customer reviews)This is my second one of this model. The first I had for 3 years and the bracket broke. I emailed the Customer Service and they took my info online and sent me a new one, I had it within a week, and they didn't want the broken one back. And not just a bracket, a whole new unit. I was skeptical of a "Lifetime Warranty", but they are a standup company. Its a great shower head, easy for the kids and seniors to handle, and I wash both kids and dogs with it. It is exactly what we need for a busy family (with only one bathroom!).
