The chrome finish was good, the threads were good and mated perfectly to my American Standard 1660.683.002 10-Inch Modern Rain Easy Clean Showerhead in Polished Chrome. The chrome finishes on both items matched. If you do go with this product, understand that a coule inches or so will be reduced from the length as it will extend into your cieling to mate with the supply pipe. I got about 6.5" extension out of my cieling with this and the chrome flange worked great to make everything look seamless.
