(More customer reviews)This item is not as advertized. The pressure and flow are no greater than the old, "regular" showerhead we wanted to replace. And, because of its packaging, were were not "allowed" to return it to the vendor after it was opened - a fact we were not made aware of before ordering. A very bad experience all around. Would not use this vendor again, under any circumstances.
