(More customer reviews)My husband and I installed this in our bathroom and it works great! The water flow is great and it is really flexible to accomodate two people of different heights. The only reason why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the brushed nickel sting ray VI doesn't have an attachment pole for the hand held shower head part (which other colors do have). Had it had the attachment pole to move the hand held shower head up and down that would of made this the product perfect.
