(More customer reviews)I purchased this because it was HansGrohe, an upmarket and trusted brand, and because I believed that it was made of metal. It's not; it's made of plastic. "Chrome finish" means it looks like chrome, not that it is chrome. This is a lightweight, plastic shower set. It works fine and was ridiculously easy to instal, but it's undeniably disappointing. The flex-hose is plastic too, and doesn't have the satisfying weight and feel of metal. I would not recommend this product. It works fine, though.
