(More customer reviews)I returned the Grohe 27129 ZBO because it was not what I had expected. It was my false assumption that all Hand-held showers come with necessary attachments. The Grohe Rustic Rainshower was only the shower head. To purchase a hose and cradle would add up the cost more than buying a different one (even after deducting s/h). This shower head is also quite large for a hand-held. The "oil rubbed bronze" is simply brown plastic. If you are just looking to replace an old hand-held and already have your own attachments in a dark brown color, this might work for you.
