(More customer reviews)I give this product no stars. I would say to all the amazon customers try at your own risk. First, I had a problem with the shipping. It took 2 full weeks to reach me. And since I paid about as much for shipping as I did for the product I expected about a 1 week delivery time. Secondly, the part did not fit. I got all 3 parts and none of them fit. The gerber size was to big and didnt fit at all. The am standard and pfister 1c would take 1 thread and then stop. And of course if they dont thread all the way up they dont work...duh! There was water flying everywhere. And lets go right to my third point with the two parts that shipped from ace online hardware. They have customer service - when I called, there were 4 people on hold with a 45 min wait. So I waited and called later and then there were 2 people (I was one of them) on hold with a 35 min wait. When they finally go to me I got a recording stating that there were no customer service reps that could help me and the recording then proceeded to hang up on me. This happened to me on 1/09/10 - and I am furious. I bought all 3 parts, none of them fit and I am out of all that shipping money!!! And I missed part of the Bengals game!!!!
