(More customer reviews)It's not very well known that the chlorine added to tap water to kill microorganisms is released in the form of gas in hot showers. The water vapor that mists up your mirror is the same that you breathe, and it contains the chlorine in the water. If this doesn't bother you, look up the effects of inhaling chlorine gas.
I should have gotten this filter a lot sooner. In just three days my hair is already softer, my skin less dry and my bathroom no longer smells like a hot tub when I take a shower. It is quite inexpensive for its benefits - most people don't drink tap water without a filter, don't inhale it either!
