(More customer reviews)We've been using this device for over 2 years now and it does make a difference in the water. We live in a nice suburb with city water that is relatively good in quality. I never noticed it before, but since we started using the filter, I can smell the chlorine and other chemicals in the sink tap water compared to my shower. My wife has very sensitive skin and decided to try this. We have not seen noticeable improvement, but hope it has helped her skin condition and improved our overall health. If I had concrete results, I would have given it 5 stars.
