(More customer reviews)The hand shower fails the first time I use it after remodeling -- it fails to transfer water to the shower when the transfer know is pulled up but it did work a couple of times during remodeling. I called American Standard for assistance and the girl who took the call immediately check for parts availability and offered the replacement transfer rod assembly, did not offer to help diagnosis the problem, tell me that's all they can do and won't even bother to offer possible solutions. Bottomline, NO support whatsoever, they don't stand behind their products like Kohler whom I called for assistance on a different product and the tech guy was on the phone with me for over half an hour without rushing me, VERY VERY different experience. I will never buy another product from A.S. anymore and so shouldn't you.
