(More customer reviews)Product not damaged quality fine. Returned arm because didn't match copper fixtures currently have. Sent it back in a hurry because of a 15 day return policy. Never received any invoice in the mail with product or any return information. Didn't receive anything besides the product and 2 crinkled up pages of magazine for packaging. Had to go on line to get minimal information. Still waiting for a response and refund. Cost $35 for shipping US mail and handling plus return handling charges. Cost me less than $5. to ship it back. A bit expensive for handling fees. Return time ok if they sent me the return information. Had to wait over the weekend to get a response on Tuesday the next week.
