(More customer reviews)I purchased the Amarilis Lexington tub filler based on the photo representation on Amazon. When it arrived, there is no rod assembly out the top. It is not intended to work with a hand held shower head. It has no stopper on the top as depicted in the photo. I hope I am describing this correctly because it is a very important feature. If you want just a faucet, then this is fine. If you wanted a faucet with a rod assembly that you pull and the water is diverted to the showerhead, this will not work even if the photo shows it that way -- it is incorrect.
