(More customer reviews)I purchased this unit as an inexpensive answer to a 60 year old original shower diverter. So, it's definitely a step up. The star shower head is great and puts out a great stream. The body sprays, however, are basically fakes: of the 50 little green rubber nipples, only 8 on each head spray - and they spray quite hard. The outer ring of larger indentations on those body sprays are non-functional. Finally, I like the idea of the body spray residing in the unit at the bottom. But, the volume output is very low. So, to fill the tug, you have to really use the shower head.
The build quality is pretty good, but not great. A couple of holes are mis-drilled (not visible). The main mounting bracket was bent.
All in all, I'm not disappointed. But if I wasn't going to move soon I'd spring for a Hans-grohe from [...]. It's 3.5x the cost but over 10 years that's only $7/month difference.
