I replaced the plastic hose because it seemed unable to actually hang down and was always in the way. The shower head is OK. The plastic bar is OK and the movable head mount works fine. It's just plastic...all the way. Looks fine until you touch it. Hard to make the frame attach to the shower wall in a sturdy way. God forbid anyone tries to steady themselves on the bracket...it couldn't hold up. It's cheap enough...not a "fine" product.
