(More customer reviews)I looked all over locally and on the internet and put alot of thought into the correct balance valve for our major renovation of our guest shower. The Grohe 35 016 000 balance valve with diverter turned out to be exactly what I needed. I really wanted to keep drilling holes in my new tile to a minimum and this item was the solution. The installation was not difficult at all. I did find, however, that the instructions with the corresponding trim assembly were more useful than the instructions that came with the valve unit. I am also pleased with the price.
