(More customer reviews)When I put my shower head together and turned the water on, the water came shooting out of the bottom of the handle. I tested to see if I had not screwed it on tightly enough but I had and the tube connected to the screw-on mechanism is small enough and leave open air space for water to shoot out. In order to fix the leak I actually had to switch the two ends of the tube and screw it in backwards to minimize (but not fix) the leaking. Of course this means I can't put the shower head into the handle holder properly. I can rest it on the top of the handle holder where it can easly fall out if I don't prop it up at a 90 degree angle. I have to do this if I want to avoid it falling on my head. I also discovered that I had not received my receipt with my shipment. It does produce less water than my old shower head, but that doesn't make up for the poor construction, potential safety hazard, and lack of proof of purchase for my financial records. Two stars.
