(More customer reviews)Nice modern design - streamline look. However, as no shower arm is needed, head screws directly into plumbing fitting behind wall. Be Aware that rough-in MUST be perfectly level (you would normally have some room for error with standard install as shower arm + cover plate would cover any minor offsets). I had to return the first head as it was broken (likely due to over use of force trying to install/correct this issue). I did install the head, however there is a slight gap between wall and fixture due to plumbing - which can't be rectified as it is in-wall and behind newly installed tile. I will fill gap with a matching grout/caulk ... final result is ok ... however not if you are a perfectionist.
