(More customer reviews)I ordered this Grohe Shower Hose on February 6, 2011. I received it quickly and installed it in my shower and it was working fine. Today, Tuesday, April 12, 2011, I was taking a shower and the hose burst and water came spewing out all over the place. It was a mess. Of course, I immediately called Amazon Customer Service and explained the issue to them. Because they have a 40 day return policy on defective items, they said they could do NOTHING for me. And they were adamant. Even after I said what a good and loyal Amazon customer I was and reminded them of all the money I spent through Amazon and that I would never buy another thing and they lost me as a customer, they would not do anything for me. So my complaint is not only with the Grohe shower hose but also with Amazon. The shower hose should not burst after only two months. And Amazon needs to be more flexible with how they handle returns.
