(More customer reviews)I purchased this shower valve assembly at Home Depot 7 years ago. About 3 years ago the mixer valve in the unit froze up, and needed replacement. I called a plumber and was told that parts are not available for Pegasus plumbing fixtures. My only option was to either replace the entire valve which meant opening the wall, and breaking tiles, or to purchase an entire new set from which we could retrieve parts. I did this, and the it was possible to fix the valve. Now the valve is dripping constantly, and I have the exact same issue. It is still cheaper for me to purchase a new set than to pay for dry wall repair and replacement of tile. Do Not Purchase Pegasus Plumbing Products!!
